At ALP Nicotine Pouches, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please keep your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
